It is a fee based telephone advice service, which you can call or email within office hours, to help you with problems you may encounter with dealing with the range of everyday problems that can arise when French is not your native tongue.

It is run by me, Evelyne Mestres, from my office in Port Vendres. I was born in this area but spent many years in England and I am totally at home with both cultures. I wish to make this dual culture aspect of my life available to people in the area that need help with the, sometimes strange, way we do things in France.
