Tournou Le Haut lies in the Languedoc wine region of Southern France, set on a hilltop in the foothills of the Pyrenees, just south of the historic medieval town of Carcassonne .

Tournou has been lovingly restored and expanded into a modern year-round residence with over 7,000 square feet of living space. It boasts a traditional wine cellar with climate control, an infinity pool overlooking the valley, out door children's play area and a stocked vegetable garden. A private drive, guarded by an iron gate leads to the property giving both privacy and security to guests.

The house consists of six bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large bathroom with bath tub and shower. The house is fully equipped to cater for all your needs and has a large modern kitchen with centre - island and a dining room with a custom made table that seats 12 comfortably. The family room has a fireplace and entertainment system with satellite dishes, computer with internet access and upstairs is a fully stocked library. Both children and adults will find plenty of books, CD's, DVD's and games to amuse them selves with.

There is also a secure garage, complete with several bikes, laundry facilities and an exercise machine for guests to use. The grounds and lawns are tastefully land scaped and complete with garden lights, BBQ near the pool, large parking area and paved driveway.

Tournou Le Haut is maintained year round by a couple who live on site to take care of the grounds and property and can help guests orient themselves to the house and surrounding attractions. The caretakers are experienced and offer a full range of catering services and house keeping services which are available by special request.
